After that mash the tamarind pieces in water using your hands and take out their seeds. Tamarind paste is ready.Take a sauce pan and put all the ingredients in it then let them boil on medium heat for five minutes.
When the mixture starts bubbling, reduce the flame and cook on low heat for at least ten minutes until the mixture has reduced to one third of its quantity. After that let the salsa mixture cool down at room temperature. Then put the mixture in a blender and make a smooth paste. Now using strainer, take out the remaining undissolved parts such as tomato skins and seeds to make a very smooth paste of salsa which has uniform consistency. Now let the prepared chipotle salsa cool down and then serve with any snack at tea time.
